In Panama, tenders have been invited for the rehabilitation, maintenance and improvement of 71 multi-family housing buildings, located in the district of Barrio Norte and Cristobal Este, in the district of Colon.
“The Contractor shall supply all labor, management, materials, energy, lighting, fuel, water, tools, instruments, equipment, supplies and other means of construction necessary or appropriate for the execution and completion of the work, as requested in the tender document, shall obtain and pay for all permits and shall employ construction methods that will ensure prompt and satisfactory completion and that are compatible with the safety of life and property.

Line 1: Renewal of the Casco de Colon Sector which includes: Rehabilitation, Maintenance and Improvements for twenty-two (22) Multifamily Housing Towers, located in the Corregimiento de Barrio Norte, District of Colon, Province of Colon.
Line 2: Renewal of the Paseo Marino Sector of Colon, which includes: Rehabilitation, Maintenance and Improvements for seven (7) Multifamily Housing Towers, located in the Corregimiento de Barrio Norte, District of Colon, Province of Colon.
Line 3: Renewal in the La Feria Sector, Stage I, which includes: Rehabilitation, Maintenance and Improvements for twenty-six (26) Multifamily Housing Buildings, located in the Corregimiento de Cristobal Este, District of Colon, Province of Colon.
Line 4: Renewal in the La Feria Sector Phase II which includes: Rehabilitation, Maintenance and Improvements for sixteen (16) Multi-family Housing Buildings, located in the Corregimiento de Cristobal Este, District of Colon, Province of Colon.”
