Utah Public Radio is partnering with Utah State University’s Biology Department and Ecology Center to gather and share stories about research at the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute in the Republic of Panama. UPR News Director Sheri Quinn and science reporter Colleen Meidt are meeting with Jerry Schneider, PhD postdoctoral fellow in the Beckman Lab. They will be gathering sound and interviews in Panama thanks to funding from the National Science Foundation.
