Panama prepares for the International Caribbean Classic 2023

Panama is ready to be the headquarters of the prestigious Caribbean International Classic 2023, which will bring together the most outstanding riders and trainers from around the world, said the executive secretary of the Game Control Board of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Manuel Sánchez, and assured that the country will demonstrate to the world its ability to carry out events of this magnitude.

“It’s time for all Panamanians to feel proud to host this international event. We are ready to start the show on December 10 at the Presidente Remón racecourse,” Sánchez said, highlighting the importance of the event for the community.

The executive secretary stressed that the International Caribbean Classic 2023 is expected to generate more than 3 million dollars for the Panamanian State. These funds will benefit the hotel sector, restaurants and the betting sector, the result of a joint effort between the private company and the National Government.

“This event not only highlights excellence in the equestrian world, but will also strengthen our economy. We invite all equestrian fans and Panamanian citizens to join and be part of this unique experience. On December 10, the Presidente Remón hippodrome will be the epicenter of emotions, family activities and the pride of being the cradle of the best riders in the world,” Sánchez stressed.

Panama is preparing to receive national and international visitors in an event that not only highlights equestrian skill, but also projects an image of excellence and organizational capacity at a global level, “so we urge all equestrian fans and all Panamanians to accompany us and be part of this event that will have activities for the whole family and will make us feel proud to be in the cradle of the best riders in the world,” Sánchez concluded.
