I read that Panama will be the location for one of three new Planet Hollywood Hotels.
Planet Hollywood is attempting a comeback as a hotel chain.
Wyndham Worldwide, which signed a deal last year to franchise and manage Planet Hollywood Hotels, says Thursday it’ll open the first three properties under the brand known for its theme restaurants.
The hotels will be built in Doha, Qatar; Panama City, Panama; and Boao, China. The announcement marks the first development project of Planet Hollywood Hotels since Wyndham signed a license agreement in September 2010 for the exclusive rights to the brand.
