This is happening more and more and will continues as people tire of being stuck at home.  Glad we live in Boquete where our quarantine was mostly opened up in July.

Police accompanied by a Justice of the Peace detained at least 31 people partying on a sailboat on Friday afternoon in  Isla Colón (Bocas del Toro), because they were staying on a sailboat, violating the sanitary rules in place to reduce cases of coronavirus in the country.
