Villa 57 has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a huge office with built in cabinets on the main floor along with a beautiful kitchen, dining and living room that leads out to the large terrace overlooking the golf course. Downstairs there is a large suite with another bathroom. Total area is approximately 3,665 square feet under roof.
The living room is very spacious and part of the entry level great room.
Step outside to the terrace for a seating area and Bar B Que grill.
The master bedroom also shares a terrace entry.
The master bath has a bathtub and a shower, plus a make up counter and double vanity.
Downstairs there is a huge apartment with another bathroom that open to the lower terrace and gardens. This could be finished out as a separate apartment for rental income.
There is also a double car carport, storage room and laundry. The home is being offered fully furnished as an estate sale by an Estate owner who instructed me to “Get it Sold!” Asking only $399,000 I think that this offers a buyer one of the best values in Valle Escondido.
Here is a photo album with many more pictures of this beautiful villa.
Here is a Drone Video of the Villa and the golf course below it looking across at Million Dollar homes!
