IMHPA releases data on the beginning of the rainy season in Panama

The Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology of Panama (IMHPA) reports on the beginning of the rainy season in Panama, marking the transition period from the dry to the rainy season. Western Pacific:

  • Western Chiriquí: March 26 to April 10, 2024
  • Eastern Chiriquí: April 20 to May 5, 2024
  • Center and South of Veraguas: April 26 to May 10, 2024

Central Pacific

  • Herrera: April 30 to May 15, 2024
  • Los Santos: May 16 to 31, 2024

Eastern Pacific

  • Coclé: May 5 to 15, 2024
  • West Panama: May 11-15, 2024
  • Panama: May 16 to 31, 2024
  • North Darién: April 26 to May 10, 2024
  • Darién Sur: May 11 to 25, 2024
