where will the world water conference be held, and how can I get information on attending. Panama is at risk of another oil spill, much like the one in 1986 south of Colon, that blanketed an oil slick from Columbia to Costa Rica. The Risk is much higher now, and I bet Panama is as prepared as they were when the EXXON Valdez dropped it’s oil in Alaska. I have a low cost oil absorbent material located here in Panama that is not being utilized, and can absorb 7 times it weight in oil. No one seems to be interested, in my idea. Trying to prepare Panama for a future spill.
