Price reduced to $499,000 to sell.
Villa 14 in Panamonte Estates is across the street from our home and have I watched the owners put a lot of money into remodeling their home that included a new imported tile roof, German style tilt and turn windows and a very nice kitchen. Consisting about 4,000 square feet of living area, with 2 huge bedrooms and three full baths, the home has a large office area that could be a third bedroom. It has a front porch and a screened in back porch as well. There is a 2 car garage that leads into the home and laundry as well as the gardeners full bath.
The living/dining/kitchen is very spacious. This great room leads out to a patio and the garden beyond.
The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and also very spacious with ensuite baths and walk in closets.

The lot is almost 2,000 square meters or just under a half acre. It runs back into the common area park and transitions from a well manicure garden into a botanical paradise with over 29 species of Heliconia and ferns. There is a large foot bridge that crosses a small creek that runs all year long. There is plenty of room to build a guest house that will be separated from the main house by landscaped back yard. The back is forested and has a lot of wildlife. Included in the sale a high quality screen house for cultivating orchids.

Tom, It’s in Panamonte Estates, not Valle Escondida.
Curious why owners are selling….
