ACOBIR expects to achieve transactions worth more than US$100 million at Expo Inmobiliaria 2024

The Panamanian Association of Real Estate Brokers and Promoters (ACOBIR), hopes to achieve transactions of more than US$100 million in the new edition of Expo Inmobiliaria 2024, with the support of the participating banks and exhibitors, as indicated by the president of the guild, Álvaro Boyd.

This event, which will be held from January 25 to 28, 2024 at the Panama Convention Center, will be composed of more than 100 exhibitors who will offer about 250 residential, commercial and office projects, including beach and mountain.

Second and repossess properties, commercial premises, industrial parks, free zones and complementary services will also be offered, as well as the participation of the country’s banking entities.

The fair will be complemented with 7 days of exhibition in virtual mode, where customers will be able to find properties that apply to the housing solidarity fund up to US$70,000, properties destined for purchase with preferential interest up to US$180,000 and luxury properties with a value of US$180,001 onwards, accompanied by the financing of the main banks.

Boyd mentioned that “At ACOBIR, as a real estate sector guild, we continue to work for the revitalization of our sector, we know that our expo is one of the most important real estate platforms in the country and that every year it contributes to the economy to continue growing.”

He added that with the aim of continuing to internationalize the real estate market, there will be the international pavilion and for the second consecutive year commercial missions are being organized with real estate brokers and investors from both North and South America, so that they know the benefits and attractions we offer, as well as the real estate offer that will be presented during the Expo.
