We are in the process of subdividing a huge 8 bedroom 8 bath villa just steps away and directly across the street from the generous gym and spa facilities in Valle Escondido.
Views from the verandas are of the first hole and fairway. The villas have luxury furnishings and are complete right down to the cups and saucers.
Each villa has a total of four bedrooms and four bathrooms, three of the bedrooms with three bathrooms are located on the upper floor and one bedroom each with a bathroom is on the ground floor that can be used for extra guests or staff.
The garages are fully closed with room for 2 vehicles each. One of the terraces is enclosed and the other is open. The property has an elevator for easy access. Each comes with it’s own golf cart. One villa has a pool table.
