How many floor in the building?70? What floor is this unit on? Could you send actual pictures of and from the unit? Is there underground parking for one car? Is valet parking available? Are sevice animals allowed in the property?Could you send pictures of the gym?How many restaurants will be in the building when finished? What will be the character of the menu items. Obviously Im interested. Are you accepting offers below the asking price?Is there a property tax deferral program in place? Does purchase result in fee simple title? Is there a wall safe built in?
