I live in El Cangrejo and see new hotels being opened. I mostly see no one checking into or out of them. They are building more as well. Personally I believe it is only another way that the money is being laundered here. But, I could be wrong. You can launder millions in the back rooms but opening a checking account. Very difficult! What a crock!
