Our homes have 2 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bath and walk in closet, laundry room with washer and dryer and a great room with kitchen, dining and living space opening to the outdoor gardens. The homes come fully furnished with all kitchen appliances including full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and deluxe microwave with exhaust venting outside.
We have custom built cabinetry in the closets, laundry and kitchen all with soft closing hardware for smooth, quiet operation. All the counter tops are done in quality granite and all sinks are stainless and under mounted for easy care. Our lighting is all LED and dimmable for long term life and energy efficiency as with all the new appliances. Water and trash removal is provided. Electrical service and Cable Service is paid by the Lessee.
The great rooms in 3 of our homes are surrounded in glass windows and sliding doors to open to the fresh gardens outside.
One of our homes has a large outdoor living space that is separated by huge sliding doors bringing the outdoors inside! A gas assisted wood burning fireplace is standard in our homes which is great in the cool nights we enjoy in Boquete.
We were very careful in harvesting only a few trees to build this project and added back more trees than we took down. Our garden setting contains mature Orange trees, Banana, Limes, and Av0cados as well all of which gives us abundant fruit.
My architect Rene Bacil designed the project and I think that we have a nice home design with great indoor areas and a complement of outdoor living space. The above plan was modified somewhat in that we extended the glass line in 3 of the homes for a larger interior great room. The master suite has a double vanity and slightly larger walk in closet. The master suite has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen bed. All of the homes are wired for internet and cable TV serviced by Cable Onda.

I live in Boquete and love it. I lived in this area and know the weather patterns in and around the Gardens. They are indeed very pretty. I pick up newcomers at the airport with my Suburban and bring them to Boquete. I believe I met you once. I could conceivably bring you a customer if you wish as I do housing tours in and around Boquete at times. I am not a salesman but I would like to get new folks a good first impression. So if you want someone picked up and brought to you, I can do that. This or whatever you wish for a small price.
Hi Tom, We have been coming to Boquete for 4 – 5 months for the past 3 years, renting. Not sure we want to buy, but would like to know the prices of the houses in Boquete Gardens. We are returning in January.

Tom! I have subscribed to your Panama Perspective for years. I want to move to P in the worst way. We have been tied down because of the Florida RE and will lose a minimum of $100,000 when we sell. This limits what I want to do there. I am very interested in this development because it looks like there are nice homes and you will rent with the option to buy. This would be great for us since we need some time to get it all together.
We cannot consider moving for another 6 months and it looks like this might fit in with the building plans. QUESTION We would be interested in the largest model and need a garage. Not the 15 footer, but something long enough to take care of a car. I plan to bring one that needs to be in a garage and out of sight. Can this be a possibility???
