  1. Do you know if Boquete will benefit from this? I can’t even get C&W ADSL or CableOnda. I’m stuck with wireless up here on the mountain. Slow and expensive.

  2. Tom, What is connectivity like in Boquete now? I’m starting a new job May 1 with contract location listed: ANYWHERE. So I plan to spend some time in Boqueste – maybe 1-2 months. Will I have reliable I’net connection for work? How about monthly business conference calls – able to dial in to Chicago and U. S.? And how about 1 or 2 month rentals where wife & I enjoy yet I keep working 4-5 hrs/day on I’net? Greg

    Great info and insight.

Tom could you email me any related links so I can beef this up for the next version of my free iPad eBook luvpanama.com. Internet infrastructure and big backbone pipes are hugely important for panama’s appeal to self employed professionals and us companies looking for a permanent H1b solution. In chapter 12 panama’s best in Central America infrastructure is given its own section. such an infrastructure is a primary reason to choose panama. Inspired public policy and strategic economic development…music to my ears.

    As Always great post Tom.
