We spent a lot of time and money putting in quality finishes and a great hardscape entryway from the parking area as well as the street.
As you come to our front door, you will notice the grand entry design and marble facia. The heavy teak door is huge and fitting for this home.
We designed a large island for the kitchen and it is a center piece of activity for the parties we have had in our home. We used extensive hand made solid wood cabinetry and the fines marble and granite throughout the house. We imported sinks and fixtures including a cold water filtered water supply.
Each year we used to invite over 100 people to come over and enjoy the holidays together. The parties have ceased but the spirit continues!!
We designed the Tuscan theme to present a fireplace and a 75 inch TV above as the huge living room warrants. The fireplace is faced in Egyptian marble from floor to the 26 foot ceiling.
Outdoors, we doubled our living space with a covered room, fireplace (wood burning) as well as a private dining area. We installed the highest quality German style Komerlink, tilt and turn widows which we leave open for airflow and humidity control. More marble faces the outdoor fireplace as well.
I love to cook so I designed a area for a 6 burner stovetop and 2 burner grill. The commercial hood and exhaust insures a smoke/odor free home. Built in Electric Oven and Microwave makes cooking easy here.
Another Tuscan feature is the “dirty kitchen” or butler’s kitchen where I keep all my toys!
Our formal dining area fits an 8 foot table and 8 chairs with ease.
Our guest bath is a full sized bathroom and serves guests as well as the third bedroom which I furnished as a private office.
Best corner office I have ever had. Easy to be distracted by the squirrels and birds in our giant mango tree just outside. There is a separate entrance for business associates.
We planned and designed a grand master suite and it came out great! Like the rest of the home, we have lots of natural light and airflow.
One piece marble vanity counter and under mount sinks for his and her use. All the walls are clad in more Egyptian marble from floor to ceiling.
I have a giant shower and she has her private Jacuzzi!
I have one rack for clothes and she gets the rest!!
Even the laundry area has custom wood cabinets and granite counter tops!
