We have one of the prettiest beaches in Chiriqui just over an hour from Boquete in a lovely gated community where I have sold several properties. While there are some million dollar estates there, you can still buy a 3/4 acre beachfront lot for under $200,000. That pricing is unheard of in other parts of Panama even in Pedasi where the lots are one third the size and cost more. Here you can build a modest 2,500 beach home and for under $475,000 you can have a dream home directly on the beach. A number or people have both a home in Boquete and one here on the ocean, best of both worlds.
Nearby there are several ocean front lots towering above the ocean where you can sit out and listen to the waves crashing on the rocky shore below. The views out to the islands are incredible and again the prices are very reasonable. Click on the picture below for a video.

My architect designed this ocean front home and it sits on a heavily wooded oceanfront lot. There a little private beach below and towering 100 foot trees in the front yard where howler monkey play in the morning and evenings. There are a few lots left in this section, also for under $200,000.

Now we are going to go off road to a future part of the community where you can buy some larger tracts of oceanfront at very attractive prices and develop you own estate home or small eco lodge on the ocean.
There is also a small marina in the community with boat storage and you are only 30 minutes to Isla Secas for a day of fishing snorkeling and diving or just soaking in the sun on the white sandy beaches.
