I have written about this place several times and it amazes me each time that I return for a visit on how really beautiful this place is.  Often described as the “lost coast”, the Pacific coastal areas in the Chiriqui province offer raw beauty in the hidden sandy coves and the islands offshore that look like sets from Robin Crusoe. Here you can ride horseback on the beach, kayak to nearby islands, snorkel on living reefs, dive with pelagic fish and mammals and of course fish for marlin, tuna, wahoo, dolphin, sail fish, snapper, grouper and more!

I know of nowhere else in Panama where you can buy over an acre of titled land with a private beach, a wooded in lot with underground electric and central water supply, where the howler monkeys often come down to greet you!!  All this for under $200,000.  That is $4.60 per square foot or $46 per square meter.  Prices for similar land in other areas like Pedasi cost $200 to $250 per square meter.  Plus you are under an hour and a half from David that has excellent shops, hospitals and of course the new International Airport that is under construction.  Do I hear upside potential???
