I was showing property this last week and I returned to a site that I like a lot. This is one of the prettiest parcels that I have seen in Boquete. Only 10 minutes from town and views of both Volcan Baru at 11,400 feet and also the Pacific Ocean.
It would make a fabulous private estate site and the best view spot for a house would be very private. You could have horses, a green house for veggies and plenty of room to build homes for friends or family as the site is presently registered as a subdivision.
You have power and water at the site as well as a good access road. This one is priced to sell.

Tom, it has been proven many times over that a listing without a price is a turn off and not near as effective as one with the price. And if it is really “priced to sell” then more than ever include it. have 35 years of real estate management experience and I just don’t get why you do this. Glenn
