An office and commercial tower is planned to be built in the town of San Francisco, Panama.
According to the interactive platform “Construction in Central America” of the Trade Intelligence Unit of CentralAmericaData, Mega Desarrollo Urbano, S.A. submitted to the Ministry of Environment the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) to develop the project called “A.M.W. Tower“.

In the basement 2 and 3 will be available for parking vehicles, in the basement 1 and the ground floor will have commercial premises. From level 2 to 7 will be parking lots for vehicles and the other floors will be for business offices.
For the construction of this tower it is estimated that the overall investment will reach nearly $10 million.
