A ten-story tower will be built on a 1,742-square-meter lot in the town of San Francisco, Panama Province, to house apartments, offices and commercial space.
According to the interactive platform “Construction in Central America” of the Trade Intelligence Unit of CentralAmericaData, Silver and Gold Development, INC, submitted to the Ministry of Environment the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) to develop the project called, “P.H. Grand Palace Business Center“.

The document details that the project consists of the construction of a building that will have two basements that will be used for parking, electric room, deposits and water tank.
The tower, which will have 12 rooms and corporate spaces, will have separate elevators for the apartments and for the offices. The overall investment for this project is expected to be $10 million.
