In the public tender held in Panama to design, build and finance the interconnection of the Cinta Costera 3 with the Calzada de Amador, Consorcio Amador and Consorcio Cinta Costera submitted their proposals, which amounted to $55 million and $44 million, respectively.
Consorcio AMADOR, made up of the companies Meco, S.A. and Puentes y Calzadas e Infraestructuras, SLU, Panama Branch, submitted a proposal of Ch$54,817,237, according to an official statement.

On the other hand, Consorcio CINTA COSTERA integrated by Constructora urbana S.A. (CUSA) and the company Toronto Global Holdings, Corp, submitted a bid for $44,213,020, reported the Ministry of Public Works.
The project consists of a length of approximately 1.56 kilometers, which starts at Cinta Costera 3 and ends at Calzada de Amador. The tender was published in Panama’s public procurement portal on January 31, 2020 and the reference price was set at $49.8 million.
