In Panama, a tender is being launched for an urban renewal project called “Altos de Los Lagos – Second Stage”, which consists of the construction of 1,620 homes on a 23-hectare site

“The National Government, through the Ministry of Housing and Territorial Planning, is carrying out an urban renewal project in the City of Colón, which includes a second phase located on a polygon of approximately 23 hectares, in the Los Lagos sector, Town of Cristóbal, District of Colón, Province of Colón and that will be called “Project Altos de Los Lagos – Second Stage”.

The project proposes an urban development that will provide approximately one thousand six hundred and twenty (1,620) housing solutions, public and commercial facilities and all the necessary infrastructure for the basic services of the project. 

The development of this project includes all studies, designs, construction drawings, detailed technical specifications and construction of the works in accordance with the provisions of the tender conditions.”
