In Panama a temporary schedule has been established for alcoholic beverage sales during Fiestas Patrias.
The bars will be open from midnight until 6:00 a.m.
The document establishes that the special schedule applies only to commercial establishments that have a valid overnight stay issued by the Mayor’s Office of Panama.
The National Police, Municipal Surveillance Agents, Municipal Inspectors, enforcement officials and Justices of the Peace, are in charge of enforcing the ordinances of the mayor’s office and have the power to order evictions if necessary.
