From August 26 to September 30 eight properties will be auctioned, including one in Albrook and another in Davis, with starting prices of $1.4 million and $3.2 million respectively.

The auction of Lot AL02-40, located in Albrook and which has a total of 4,456 square meters is scheduled for August 26, and the starting value for bids is $1.4 million. Land use for this property is commercial mixed urban-high intensity.

On September 30 the auction will take place of Lot DA0-15, located in Davis and which has a total of 109,621 square meters. The starting price is $3.2 million and the land use is urban mixed-center.

The other plots of land whose auctions are planned for September are located in Veracruz, Farfan and Gamboa, with sizes ranging from 422 m2 to 1300 m2, and with starting prices of between $75,000 and $535,000.
