A cable car to Volcan Baru.  This I have gotta see!!

The Tourism Authority plans to build theme parks in the city and in the interior of the country, and a cable car near Baru volcano.

Among the projects being managed by the new head of the Tourism Authority (ATP) Jesus Sierra, is the construction of two theme parks, one in town and one in the interior, as well as a cable car near Baru volcano.

Sierra told Prensa.com that in the parks “…There will not be any animals, they will be mechanical parks…. and the cable car in the Baru volcano … [which] will be 10 kilometers long, and its construction will cost approximately $30 million. This must first go through the bidding phase, all very legal, with the companies that they believe are qualified to do so, whether they be domestic or foreign. ”

“…In regards to the theme park, we are open to the options they give us. We do not even have an area defined, as we are waiting for the drafts with details of the two parks. “
