Panama: Residential Projects worth $112 million

Apartment towers in San Miguelito and La Chorrera, and a horizontal residential complex in the village of 24 de Diciembre are some of the projects scheduled for development in the coming months.

The information system “Construction Projects in Panama by the Business Intelligence Unit at CentralAmericaData, provides an updated list of the construction projects for which environmental impact assessment (EIA) studies were submitted to the Ministry of Environment in Panama in November 2016.

Details of some of the projects:

Greenwood Development Group, SA. submitted an EIA to build, in the district of San Miguelito, Panama City, a residential complex featuring two towers with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms apartments. According to the document, the project is called “Greenwood Country Club Torre 100 Torre 200” and the investment amount is $68,425,000.

Inmobiliaria Eiza, S.A. submitted an EIA to build in the district of La Chorrera, Panama Province West, one 7 storey building and one 4 storey building that will house a total of 84 apartments. According to the study the project is called “Residencial Mark Plaza Fase I” and a total investment of $24,000,000 is estimated.

Sociedad Urbanizadora del Caribe, S.A. presented an EIA to build, in the village of 24 de Diciembre, province of Panama, 426 housing units with an access boulevard in a total area of 169,056 m 2. According to the document, the project is called “P.H. Monte Bello” and the investment amount is $20,000,000.
