Panama: Mixed Property Development for $90 million

An environmental impact study has been submitted for construction of a mixed-use building complex in the former Howard base, in Panama Pacific.

The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) was submitted by London & Regional Panama S.A. to the Ministry of Environment in Panama in June 2016, as revealed by the report entitled  “Construction Projects in Central America” compiled by CentralAmericaData.com.

The project developers intend to  “…. create mix use blocks to form a pleasant and unified area for the development of various commercial activities, distributed around public areas such as plazas and pedestrian streets.”

The project called “Town Center” will be developed in a total area of 13 hectares and will feature multi – story buildings that will house retail businesses on their ground floors, with the upper floors being used for offices and residences. According to the EIA the estimated investment it is $90,000,000.

“Town Center” will be developed in the area of the former Howard US military base in Panama Pacific.
