Panama: Mixed Development for $28 million

Looks like this will be joining Hospital Punta Pacifica in Panama City.

Plans have been made to build a 12-story tower in Punta Pacifica with space for medical offices, shops, and offices, with a total construction area of ??52,000 square meters.

The project sponsor is Sutherland Mortgage Corp., which submitted the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) study to the Ministry of Environment on August 24, 2016.

The project, called Regency Medical Center, consists of building a 12-story tower, for mixed-use, consisting of a medical center, shops and offices. The construction area will be distributed as follows: medical areas, 6,893 square meters, areas for consultations, 881 square meters, office spaces, 7,455 square meters, and commercial areas, 4,139 square meters. The rest will correspond to common areas, lobbies, hallways, warehouses and others.

The estimated investment for this project as indicated in the EIA is $28 million.
