The Panamanian Construction Association is planning mortgage transactions of $120 million at the Housing Expo, which will be held from April 12 to 15 at the Atlapa Convention Center.
The Panamanian Chamber of Construction (Capac) reported that in the “ … sixteenth version of the Housing Expo 2018, 200 exhibitors will take part which includes developers and real estate companies with more than 400 projects within the social interest, ranging from social interest to high cost projects.“

The president of Expo Vivienda, Tania Di Bello Robles explained that the projections of the organization are ” … favorable, so we hope to register during the four days of the event mortgage transactions in the order of $120 million.“

Regarding the location of the projects, Di Bello Robles said that “… ‘The properties are distributed in the province of Panama, and in sectors such as Arraiján, La Chorrera, San Francisco, Juan Diaz, Rio Abajo, Bethania, Pueblo Nuevo, Las Cumbres, Bella Vista and 24 de Diciembre’.“
