As part of the summer activities and in the search to bring art to all Panamanians, the Ministry of Culture will bring the National Ballet to the provinces of Chiriquí and Veraguas, presenting free shows on April 1 at the Casa de la Cultura in David and on April 2 at Santiago Mall, both performances at 6:00 in the afternoon.
In the performances, thirty dancers will be presented Diana and Acteon, Majísimo and The Seasons of Vivaldi.
For the National Ballet it is of great importance to share our art with all the citizens and residents of the country, because due to the pandemic we had not been able to visit the provinces again as we had been doing before,” said Gloria Barrios, Executive Director of the National Ballet.
In these presentations, the public will have the opportunity to witness a show with the quality of the presentations that are made in the capital and in this way they will be very proud that Panama has a professional ballet company, which gives the young talents of our country, the opportunity to have a profession in the world of art and culture,” Barrios added.
