Last week the weather was again spectacular and the mountains called to me.  Here I can climb quickly out of town from 3,600 feet to over a mile high in 10 minutes right up to the pathway to the top of Volcan Baru.  It was a good excuse as I needed to shop for some organically grown hydroponic lettuces for the week.
