Merca Panamá supports the farmer’s market

Agriculture does not stop and at Merca Panamá we continue to work uninterruptedly supporting the national producer, our tenants and marketers, they said in the statement.

Soon on our digital platforms we will be announcing the next Producer Fair to Your Community that we will participate in conjunction with local authorities and institutions such as MIDA, IMA among others.

At the beginning of the month, the first Producer’s Fair to Your Community was held on the court of Villa del Sol in Arraiján Cabecera. Among the most sought-after products by consumers were bananas, tomatoes, potatoes, onions, lettuce and other vegetables that are the main complements in Panamanian food.

The “From the Producer to your Community” fair is a joint work with Merca Panama, IMA, MIDA and other institutions of the Panamanian State.
