Do You Still Read?
Most people don’t—they scroll.
But if you invest a few minutes reading this, YOU’LL BE GLAD YOU DID! .
Between the ages of 2 and 7, most of us picked up limiting beliefs that still hold us back today.
This brief message will guide you on how to begin breaking free.
THE BIG PICTURE:
Most people exist, not thrive, within the boundaries of their comfort zone. They operate on autopilot, living a life of mediocrity, repeating the same self-limiting beliefs daily, totally unaware that they are the architects of their prisons until their time runs out and their potential dies with them because they ignored one powerful truth:
ALL PROGRESS IS THE RESULT OF CHANGE!
And yet, most people resist change. Why? Because the pain of “staying the same” must outweigh the discomfort. AND DISCOMFORT TRIGGERS THE MOTIVATION TO CHANGE!
Don’t search for “easy” – or you’ll continue to “drift” and nobody has ever drifted to where they wanted to be.
Paddle upstream, few people are going in that direction! Most people don’t suffer deeply enough to force change, nor do they experience much joy. They simply exist in the gray twilight of mediocrity. They’re COMFORTABLE and falsely believe they can’t improve their circumstances. Ignoring that, you can change if you want to!
HOW IT WORKS:
95% of people live trapped by the LIMITING BELIEFS they accept.
From childhood, we are conditioned with limiting beliefs—guardrails meant to “protect” us but which, over time, create mental prisons and rob us of our true POTENTIAL!:
Don’t pet a barking dog.
Don’t chase a ball into the street.
No, you can’t climb that tree.
You might get hurt, so don’t even try.
These messages were meant to protect a naive child. Still, they unintentionally programmed fear, doubt, and hesitation, and by age seven, our subconscious mind is wired to avoid risk, failure, and uncertainty.
However, failure is not the enemy—it is the foundation of learning how to be successful.
The good news? The habits formed are a part of you forever, but new good habits can replace the dormant bad habits.
You can reprogram your mind for success!
WHAT’S NEXT?
Choose Success: First, you make your choices, and then your choices make you. Choose these Ten Principles:
- Gratitude – Appreciating what you have attracts more of what you want.
- Values – Defining what matters guides your DECISIONS.
- Attitude — affects how you see and experience EVERYTHING..
- Goals – The method by which you KEEP SCORE
- Health – A sharp mind requires a strong body.
- Focus – Your life becomes whatever you focus on most..
- Relationships – Success is built on “who you know”.
- Weekly Planning – Blocking time in the HPA FUNNEL
- Financial Freedom – Money makes Peace of Mind possible
- Peace of Mind – Is the ULTIMATE GOAL!
All progress is the result of change, so by repeatedly focusing on these ten principles, they become your new HABITS, AND CHANGE IS GUARANTEED BECAUSE YOU ARE A CREATURE OF HABIT – so choose good ones!
THE SCIENCE BEHIND CHANGE
Change isn’t just about willpower — it’s about how your brain is wired. Modern neuroscience and psychology reveal why change is difficult and how transformation becomes possible.
THE CHALLENGE OF CHANGE
Bad habits become hardwired in the brain through repeated use. Over time, repeated behaviors form automatic neural pathways, making it challenging to undo them.

THE PATH TO TRANSFORMATION
You don’t “break” habits — you replace them. Even small, consistent daily actions can rewire your brain through the process of neuroplasticity. As new behaviors are practiced, the brain forms new pathways that override the old ones.

?THE ENEMY IS YOUR RESISTANCE
Your subconscious mind fears change and will resist it. The amygdala — your brain’s fear center — is triggered when you attempt to change routines, leading to procrastination, excuses, distractions, and doubt. This is why we often self-sabotage.

BOTTOM LINE:
Change is possible — but only when you understand how your brain works. Use strategy, not willpower. Start small, stay consistent, and rewire your life for lasting success.
Paddling upstream is hard, and NOBODY has ever drifted to where they wanted to be.
If you are drifting, realize that you are part of the 80%, and this can be your wake-up call to join the 10 to 20% of ACHIEVERS!
TAKING CONTROL:
1 . Define Clear Goals – Your desires are meaningless until they become measurable objectives.
2 Commit to Daily Action—Big wins are built on small, consistent efforts, which are possible using the HPA funnel.
3 Use a Proven Strategy – The MOMM principles provide the roadmap!
Your mind is your greatest asset or your most significant liability.
THE ENEMIES OF CHANGE:
Comfort Zone Bias – Your subconscious prioritizes safety over growth.
Pain as a Catalyst – Most people only change when the pain of staying the same is worse than the discomfort of evolving.
Natural Resistance – Even when we “know better,” we often fail to do better.
95% of people settle for less. They react to life rather than shaping it.
Only 5-20% of people take control—those who set clear goals and commit to them.
Are you among the 95% who conform—or the 5% who CHOOSE greatness?
Success isn’t luck. It’s not talent. It’s the compound effect of daily progress toward goals.
Goals only become a reality when backed by a commitment.
Commitment triggers action—without it, goals remain dreams.
Perfection is a myth—consistency is the secret.
Progress keeps you accountable—track your wins.
Success is a process—those who stay in the game win.
Rate yourself on the 10 MOMM Principles.
Identify gaps.
Commit to improving—today.
FINAL THOUGHT: THE POWER OF CHOICE
Your daily thoughts shape your habits. Your habits shape your destiny.
First, you make your choices. Then, your choices make you.
The Law of Cause & Effect:
Your life today is the direct result of your habits and choices.
Are you designing your future—or letting life happen to you?
The Law of Sowing & Reaping:
“As ye sow, so shall ye reap.” (Galatians 6:7)
You either:
Act with intention and build a robust future.
Drift and accept whatever life throws at you.
The choice is yours. Your best life is within reach—but YOU must take the first step.
Implementing the MOMM Program – One lesson per week.
We all hear many good ideas, but they typically go in one ear and out the other. When you hear something meaningful, don’t let it pass you by. Remember the advertising principle that 62% of the acceptance of a new idea occurs after you’ve heard it six times. Making it a HABIT requires more repetition!
NO No No No No no Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes
Through repetition, you learned everything: how to walk, talk, and ride a bike. However, since 95% of the population won’t read, but will scan, each lesson is one minute long (plus or minus). Only 5% of the people receiving this document will invest the 4.5 minutes to read the INTRODUCTION, which is the THEORY, which is necessary to understand if you don’t have a degree in Psychology.
Additionally, we recommend sending yourself the daily message three to five times a day, which you can easily set to remind you of the lesson on your smartphone automatically.
FOR EXAMPLE, PRINCIPAL # 1 – GRATITUDE
Take a moment and note one thing you are grateful for “at this moment!” Repeat this same thought:
