Finally,the process starts to tender commercial spaces in Terminal 1 of Panama City International Airport.
Among the companies that have expressed their interest to the administrators of Panama City airport are DFS, Duffry, Duty Free America, Heineman, DFAASS, Legarde, Penna and Flamingo.
The commercial vice president of Terminal 1, Franklin Carrillo explained to Panamaamerica.com.pa that “… starting today, the tender documents for the Duty free spaces will be offered for sale, following that, an approval meeting will be held, with July 10 being the date for delivery of proposals, so that by August 15 it will be possible to know which company has been awarded the contract.”
“… Indicated within the tender documents, which have a cost of $5 thousand, will be exclusive categories to be auctioned such as liqueurs, cigarettes, cosmetics and perfumery.
