My wife Susie just turned 52 and we did it up right with an evening of fun at Boulder 54 with some of our close friends.  Chef Chris outdid himself preparing 11 different appetizers to choose from and 11 bottles of Champagne to wash it down with!!  Susie wanted her favorite dessert so we picked up 2 Maracuya (Passion Fruit) Cheesecakes!!

We want to once again thank everyone for coming and chef Chris and his staff for making this a special evening.
