Energy Panama: New Rules for Large Customers

The Public Services Authority has announced a public consultation to regulate the relationship between the ‘large clients’ and third parties related to electricity services.

From a statement issued by the National Authority for Public Services in Panama:

The National Authority for Public Services (ASEP) announced that on Tuesday April 12 that they will start Public Consultation No. 003-16, in order to receive comments from the public regarding the “Proposal for a procedure to regulate the relationship between a large customer and residences or commercial premises that are associated under the scheme of Title X of Executive Decree 22 of June 19 1998. ”

For this reason the ASEP has scheduled a briefing on Tuesday twenty-six (26) April 2016, at ten o’clock (10:00 am) in the salon 230, located on the second floor of Office Park Building, on Via EspaƱa and Via Fernandez de Cordoba.
