I will start with the corn bread. Soft pillowy, steaming warm with real corn inside, yum. Two pork ribs done low and slow and finished with a tangy homemade sauce. The cole slaw is fresh and crisp and the potato salad is some of the best I have ever eaten.
Mel does take out and also caters some of the finest Bar B Que around. Oh yeah, his brisket is cooked for 12 hours on his smoker in back and is tender and full of flavor.
His restaurant is located next to Chopsticks on the main road to Boquete and there is always tons of parking. He is always open and greats all of his guests with a big smile.
