DAVID – THE EAGLE HAS LANDED!!!!!!
Copa’s first flights from Tocumen to David arrived last week and one of my clients made the flight from Florida connecting in Tocumen. He said that the flight to David was full. This last week I received a lot of comments that it was a long time coming and many praised Copa. I heard from Air Panama stating that the fare they have had was equal to most fares with Central America for the distance and the same as a flight from Miami to Orlando. Copa still has bugs to work out as the arrival still requires immigration and disembarkation at Tocumen but that will be resolved soon. I heard that Copa reps at Tocumen yelled out with each arrival by a person connecting “David- David!!”
