Ciudad del Norte project begins with an investment of US$1 billion

With a long-term investment of US$1 billion, the Ciudad del Norte project has been launched, which aims to boost the economy of the area and in the creation of jobs.

The project, according to its investors, seeks to transform the northern area of the city through the construction of residential and commercial homes and buildings of various densities in an area of 275 hectares, with a focus on sustainability and innovation.

Eduardo Tejeira, president of the Ciudad del Norte Group, the consortium in charge of development, stressed that the project reflects a shared vision for the future of the community and the country. Tejeira stressed that, in addition to offering high-quality housing, the project will promote national economic development and expressed his gratitude to government institutions for their continued support during the implementation process.
