A friend of mine has finally, after three years of hard work, finished his plans and permits to build an affordable condo project in the Old City.  It is a well thought out project in  Santa Ana, Casco Viejo   This week they will be launching pre-sales for the housing project PH Casco View in Expo Capac on Wednesday.

The goal of the project is to start to transform Santa Ana and provide urgent housing options for local residents, the local workforce population in Casco Antigüo and Panama.

The majority of the 136 apartments are between 45 M2 and 60 M2, with the upper six reaching 80 M2 which have amazing 360 views of the city, Casco, Canal, Amador, and Cerro Ancon.  Pricing starts at $1,450/M2 or about $65,000 with a monthly mortgage of about $220/month.
