OMG!!!  It’s Chris’s famous Jalapeno Popper Burger!!  Chris Young and team are in a race with David Care, another wonderful chef here in Boquete to see who can open more dining venues.  We now have a dozen fine dining places and another dozen casual dining venues to choose from.  People ask me about the cost of living in Boquete.

I had lunch at Otto’s on Tuesday and David Care provides excellent gourmet Italian for Panama prices.  I had the wonderfully fresh chicken parm with spaghetti and fresh Pomodoro sauce prepared that morning that will knock your socks off.  With a beer, $10.

Wednesday is rib day and I bought a whole rack of beautiful pork ribs for $8.  Lightly seasoned smoked for 3 hours and finished on the grill with a side of slaw and black eyed peas!!!

If you use You Tube, ask to friend  Chris Young and he will have you coming to Boquete in not time!!
