In anticipation for the 2023 Boquete’s Jazz and Blues festival held in March, the past Thursday was the elegant Black and White Dinner Party with live music and delicious food prepared by renowned chef Charlie Collins known for his innovative and inventive cuisine prepared a gourmet three course meal at the Panamonte Hotel.  The festival’s organizer John Wolf and his team of executive volunteers understands that the right atmosphere is essential for a successful event, and they created a magical ambiance with mood, lighting and elegant table settings.
