We just sold our large 8 bedroom 8 bath villa and now we are in the process of subdividing this beautiful villa that is just steps away and directly across the street from the generous gym and spa facilities  in Valle Escondido.

We just finished construction of our project called Boquete Gardens and all 5 homes are occupied.  Next step is to begin the segregation process and build 4 more next year at which time we will begin the sales process.

To cap off the week, I took delivery of our new Amarok truck.

Not only did Consultenos, S.A. (Panama’s Volkswagen Dealership) get me a great deal during the Fair but with 24 hours after delivery, they sold my old SUV!!  These guys are the best in Panama for sure!!

I love the smell of a new truck!!

Next week will be a busy one with an upcoming auction, new sales contracts, new listings to put out and more sales to close!
