The company builds a plant in Gatún, Colón, and will invest $70 million in 2024 in seven solar parks in the West of the country, Los Santos and Chiriquí.

The company AES Panama, in concept of the participation of the Panamanian State of 49% of the shares, gave the National Treasury a check, for the sum of $5,665, 14,665 dollars with 80 hundredths. 

The dividends were delivered to the Minister of Economy and Finance, Héctor Alexander, by Miguel Bolinaga, president of AES Panama. 

During the millions in seven solar parks that will be located in the West of the country, Los Santos and Chiriquí, will basically be distributed in those areas,” he concluded that participated in the delivery of the dividends: Publio De Gracia Tejada, head of the General Directorate of Revenue and Angélica Bertoli, director of Legal of AES Panama.
