With the aim of highlighting Panama as a highly competitive market, the Panamanian Association of Real Estate Brokers and Promoters (ACOBIR), presented its renewed Multiple Listing Service (MLS) platform, to offer more personalized and effective services with real estate agents in line with innovation.
This presentation was made during the Xposure Madness by MLS ACOBIR 2023, in order to keep its members with the highest level of updating and professionalization of the most innovative real estate issues through technological conferences and networking.
Álvaro Boyd, president of ACOBIR, explained that the use of the MLS platform is a new digital version, more technological, friendly, with better graphics and synchronization of properties that fits the current needs of the real estate service and in this way be able to provide the entire membership and its customers with better business results.
The Xposure Madness, updated the membership and suitable runners in Panama with exhibitions by the specialist in Real Estate Digital Marketing, Yamile Saleh from Canada, who presented “Negotiation and Implementation of Collaborative Systems MLS”.
Also the Technology Geek and specialist in Smart Homes, Carlos Sagel of Panama, spoke about “The Xposure Mls Acobir Ecosystem and New Real Estate Technologies.”
In a second block of exhibitions, Juan Pablo Serrano Ardilla, International broker Top Realty Agents of Colombia, spoke on “Evolution of Real Estate Agents in MLS Environments,” in addition to Leandro Villalobos, of Central America Leviton Manufacturing, presented on “Smart Homes and their impact on the Real Estate Sector.”
This event was also attended by the Deputy General Administrator of the PROPANAMA Authority, Diego Ortiz de Zevallos, who presented an important topic for the real estate sector: “Panama Explorer, a technological tool to analyze Panama.”
Finally, Francisco Castillo, of CN Real Estate of Panama, touched on an interesting topic for the country and was about “New Technologies Applied to Real Estate Contracts and Good Practices in accordance with the Panamanian Law.”
Boyd stressed that all this content is attractive and relevant that helps to highlight Panama as a highly competitive market since in 2024 these technologies will continue to offer more and new opportunities.
