Within the framework of the Acobir 2023 Real Estate Expo and in order to continue looking for growth opportunities for the sector at the international level, the Panamanian Association of Brokers and Real Estate Promoters (ACOBIR) organized the Panama Real Estate Trade Mission 2023 with great success.

More than 65 Real Estate Brokers and investors from North and South America were in Panama invited by Acobir, to learn about the wide real estate offer that was presented during the fair, as well as the innumerable competitive advantages, benefits and investment attractions that we offer as a nation.

The delegation also participated in Panama Day, a forum organized by the guild, where each of the exhibitors provided information of interest about the real estate market, incentives offered by the country on tax issues and immigration laws, which increase foreign investment in Panama; among other topics of interest to the sector

Likewise, the occasion was conducive for international brokers to visit important real estate projects located in strategic areas of the Capital City.

Panama from the real estate perspective, is positioned as one of the best business centers for all its tax facilities that it offers both for investments and for foreigners who wish to live and retire in our country, its wide real estate market for rent, purchase and sale, facilitates residence in a first-class financial and tourist center.
