I just got back from two spectacular days in Boca Chica. This place never ceases to amaze me. You really need to visit and perhaps invest here before the rush that will take place in the future when our nearby International Airport is finished and open for direct flights form overseas. Where else can you buy oceanfront land for under $4 per square foot or $40 per square meter. What about a one acre lot in a gated community, underground utilities with a private little beach steps from your back door and titled land set back only 22 meters from the ocean for under $200,000. In Pedasi you may find a quarter acre lot like this but for $350,000! Maybe you don’t want to build and want a finished beach home for under $600,000 sitting on a full acre.
Boca Chica has it all and the prices will not be this low for much longer, that is for sure. Come take a trip with me to this wonderful place only an hour and a half from the mountains of Boquete.
