The Miró Group reaffirmed its commitment to sustainable development and modernization of the western region of the country, with the official presentation of Santa Fe, an urban project with which it hopes to transform the landscape of the city of David, province of Chiriquí.
The business initiative involves an investment of more than $200 million and will occupy an extension of 35 hectares, shaping up as a strategic center of investment and economic growth for the province and the country.
It is important to note that this project, located in the La Fontana Urbanization, in the western area of the city of David, is aligned with the country’s strategic plans, complementing projects such as the future direct train that will link Panama City with the province of Chiriquí, a connection that will not only improve mobility, but will also enhance the economic expansion of the region, facilitating new development opportunities.
“Santa Fe represents a crucial step for the orderly and sustainable development of Chiriquí. Our vision is to create a modern and functional space that boosts the local economy and improves the quality of life of the community. We are committed to continuing to innovate and develop projects that generate a positive impact in the region,” said Mónica Anguizola, general manager of the Miró Group.
