United Airlines will offer non-stop flights between San Francisco and the City of Panama as of May 22, 2025, as shown by the airline on its website.
The route will operate a daily flight in Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft with capacity for 166 passengers: 16 in First Class, 54 in Premium Economy and 96 in Economy.
Flights will leave San Francisco at 10:55, landing in Panama City at 20:10 (local time). They will take off from the Panamanian capital at 15:15, arriving in California at 20:58 (local time).
This new service will complement the flights offered by the airline to Panama from Houston and Newark.
Currently, Panamanian Copa Airlines, a United partner in Star Alliance, operates the route with up to 11 weekly frequencies.
